To help us address your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following information:

  1. The email address or UID of the account you are asking about
  2. The name or UID of the Item, Place, Vault or Group that has the problem
  3. Any error messages you have seen
  4. Include a screen shot if you can - they are worth a thousand words!
